rich spirit studio siargao offers daily yoga and movement classes from monday to saturday, ranging from vinyasa flows and power yoga to yin, beginners yoga, and restorative classes.

sundays are usually reserved for community events and private sessions. message us if you’d like to host an event or workshop or are seeking private yoga sessions in the studio.

morning flow

the perfect morning start. ease into the day with body-opening stretches and feel-good sequences that lengthen and energize. 

beginners yoga

first time trying yoga ever? we got you. in this weekly structured yoga series every monday at 4PM, we start with the basics, focusing on foundational poses, posture, and alignment… of course, while having fun.

vinyasa flow

it’s our classic but not basic vinyasa flow, linking breath with dynamic movement and a really good playlist.

yin yoga

quiet down the mind and body and melt into the earth with a yummy, grounding yin yoga session. poses are held for longer periods to stretch out deep connective tissues and promote ultimate relaxation.

embodied flow

moving meditation. feel at home in your own body with this gentle movement class designed to release stress, calm your nervous system, and improve your overall emotional well-being.

soulful slow flow

slow down and unwind with this deep and stretchy movement practice set to R&B and soul music.

post surf stretch

decompress after surf with deep stretches and postures that melt away shoulder, hip, and lower back tension while improving mobility.

rhythm & power flow

time to get sweaty with this faster-paced power yoga session that builds core strength and stamina, set to a beat-driven soundscape. held every saturday morning at 9AM. let’s party.
